We visited VineYard 72 for their Christmas bottomless and honestly could not fault the experience. It was fantastic from start to finish.
A massive shout out to Lauren, who looked after us so brilliantly throughout the entire session. Her service was genuinely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and kept everything flowing without us ever having to ask. Glasses were topped up promptly, cocktails kept coming, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed, fun, and very well organised.
Despite it being busy, Lauren was always smiling, engaging, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Exactly what you want from a bottomless brunch experience, especially at Christmas. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time.
She also very kindly took some great photos of our group, which we absolutely loved. Such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated.
The festive cocktails were delicious, the setting was lovely, and the service truly made the experience. We will definitely be back and would happily book again knowing Lauren is on shift.
Highly recommend to anyone considering the Christmas bottomless. You will not be disappointed.
